“We had almost 100 enquiries within one week and held 30 inspections,” John says. “The view was definitely a big drawcard. The home’s location gives a very expansive view and it’s towards the end of a little peninsula so it’s quite private and tucked away, which is what buyers liked.”

“The vendor found another property that they wanted in the same suburb so it all tied in really nicely and was exchanged within a week of going on the market for above the top of the price range,” John explains.
