The flawless five-bedroom home, at 2029 Pittwater Road, has been sold after the vendors decided to move locally.

The price tag for the magnificent property remains undisclosed, though it was listed with McGrath Estate Agents with a $5.5 million guide price.

McGrath’s Sam Thompson helped negotiate the sale and said: “It is in a prime elevated position on Millionaires Road in Bayview, giving the property 180-degree views across Pittwater.

Unsurprisingly, the property was in high demand, and Mr Thompson said that properties of a similar stature are faring well despite the testing times.

“There were three parties contending for the property, with interest coming from local buyers, but it was an out of area buyer who secured the property in the end,” he said.

“The prestige end of the market is holding up reasonably well and we are seeing an increase in holiday makers coming to the Northern Beaches as well.”

“There is also an increase in the amount of out of area buyers looking for that lifestyle of being able to live near the beach and work from home, whilst being close enough to the city to travel to work three days a week.”
