Welcome to this award-winning riverside home, where we got the chance to interview the lovely Christine Rudolph of Ray White – New Farm, and hear all about this amazing property.
This architecturally designed masterpiece is located in Hamilton Reach, which is an essential part of the Northshore Urban Development Area – one of the largest and most exciting urban renewal projects in Australia.
The stunning four-bedroom home, at 86 Parkside Circuit, is extremely well designed by some of the top professionals in the industry, and it has certainly been acknowledged for its appearance.
“This beautiful river home was designed by Frasers Property Australia, which is an incredibly respected developer and they did the design in consultation with Rothelowman Architects,” explains Christine.
It has actually caught the attention of the judges of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, and this whole small lot development has just won the Queensland award for excellence in small-lot premium development!Christine Rudolph, Ray White – New Farm
A beautiful neutral palette and organic materials used in the house perfectly match the surroundings of the residence.
“Because it’s natural and all-natural materials, and glass and wood, you actually do blur the boundaries between the inside and the outside,” explains Christine.
The home is full of stunning details that surprise you as soon as you step inside.
“You come in through the front gate and all of a sudden, you’re greeted by this beautiful glass atrium as you’re coming into the foyer,” says Christine.
And on top of that, the soaring two-storey high void in the atrium is complemented by the astonishing use of lighting.
“That is a testimony to the architects, where they thought ‘how can we create a statement in that foyer’. As you come in, the void and those lights are really an artistic statement in themselves.”
Thank you Christine – we are absolutely head over heels for this home!
