Peter Dutton is Putting his Gold Coast Property to Auction

Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton looks to offload his luxury beachfront property at auction.
The two-storey home, located in Palm Beach, occupies a prime 546 sqm plot at 109 Jefferson Lane.
Records show Mr Dutton purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom, property back in September 2014 for $2.235 million.
Inside the north-east facing property has an open-plan living layout with formal and informal dining and full-height glass framing the ocean views.
Here you have the perfect integration of indoor and outdoor living, with a spacious, covered, alfresco area.

There are three-bedrooms upstairs, two of them enjoying glorious ocean views – including a spacious master suite.
Whilst Mr Dutton hasn’t lived in the property for some time; but when he did, I’m sure he enjoyed waking up in the grand master suite, with its specular ocean views, walk-through robes, and sunken sunroom.
This level also features two-bathrooms (including the master ensuite), as well as
A third-bathroom and fourth-bedroom sit downstairs with built-in robes.
I’m not sure if Peter Dutton is a budgy smuggler, but with beachfront access like this who wouldn’t be. Right?
