Boy band star Liam Payne has listed his Los Angeles mansion for US$10,750,000 which converts to approximately AU$15.5 million.
Payne, who became famous as a member of One Direction, has been trying to sell his estate in Calabasas for a while now, already listing it last year for $11.2 million (AU$16.3 million) and now dropping the price, as he moved out more than a year ago.
The huge estate occupies five acres of land and according to the Hilton & Hyland listing, “this one-of-a-kind property is truly a world unto itself.”
And that’s what it definitely looks like! With luscious gardens, koi ponds and waterfalls it is quite a sight for sore eyes. It’s not your typical brand-new multimillion-dollar Hollywood mansion though – this compound, with several separate buildings, has some real character!
All the amenities and more can be found within this five-bedroom, eight-bathroom idyllic residence, such as a resort-style pool, private vineyard, gym and a meditation house scattered across the grounds.
And, of course, it wouldn’t be home to a singer-songwriter without a recording studio!
The impressive 900 sqm main building features a wine cellar, home theatre and a stunning double-height library.
So, if you have a spare $15 million lying around, there’s only one direction you should be heading – to the US (after the borders open), to scoop up your very own, not-so-little Cali sanctuary!
