A new on-the-water bar is set to open in Brisbane next month, offering a unique dining experience in one of the city’s most exciting riverfront locations.
The aquatic dining destination, located on the north bank of the Brisbane River, marks the first off-property venture by the popular casino and hotel venue, Treasury Brisbane.
With a scheduled open date set for November 20, the new bar, named Will & Flow, will offer an unrivalled culinary experience all year round according to Treasury Brisbane COO Kelvin Dodt.
“Will & Flow offers a spectacular riverfront location and is uniquely connected to some of our completed public realm areas and designed to embrace our city’s subtropical, outdoor lifestyle,” he said.
“Next month, we’ll be proud to launch Will & Flow for locals and visitors alike who can unwind in the city’s newest overwater bar, looking out towards the iconic arts and cultural precinct of South Bank, and/or book for a range of events or celebrations,” said Mr Dodt.
Located between the QUT Gardens Point ferry terminal and the QUT-end of the Goodwill Bridge, the bar will be part of the transformational Queen’s Wharf Brisbane project.
“People will be able to create unforgettable memories in the stylish and panoramic outdoor river setting or relax in the intimate and exquisite atmosphere of our indoor boutique bar,” said Mr Dodt.
Whether you’re craving a craft-brewed coffee after a walk, a delicious cocktail after work, or looking to book a gorgeous waterfront venue for that special occasion, Will & Flow has got you covered.Treasury Brisbane COO – Kelvin Dodt
Sounds pretty nice, right?
Even though some hospitality venues struggling at the moment due to COVID restrictions, , Mr Dodt has no doubt that, thanks to the position and design, Will & Flow will be a hit with the locals.
“While we’re still working in line with social distancing restrictions, Will & Flow will be able to initially cater for up to 45 guests seated and up to 70 guests cocktail-style,” he said.
“It’s perfect timing as we head into the festive season where friends, families, work colleagues, and other kindred groups can still celebrate in a safe and vibrant atmosphere.”
