Mosman market on fire as luxury home sells for $2m+ above guide

Mosman’s property market is absolutely on fire at the moment after another huge sale saw a luxury hilltop home sold for $12,000,000.

The four-bedroom property, at 10 Superba Parade, was snapped up prior to auction by a keen buyer who just had to get their hands on this dreamy home.

An extremely successful auction campaign saw 16 offers placed and almost 150 groups through the stunning Mosman home that was listed with a guide price of $9,000,000-$9,900,000.

But on the eve of going under the hammer, the successful buyers blew all the previous offers out of the water and secured the home before it could even make it to auction.

Belle Property’s Time Foote and Stefon Bertram negotiated the sale of the modern masterpiece and are both in fine form at the moment, with the Belle Property Mosman office recording some huge sales in recent weeks.
