Manly Sea Eagles director and part-owner Gary Wolman rents out Point Piper Pad
The Manly Sea Eagles lost their latest match against New Zealand Warrior, but at least the director and part-owner, Gary Wolman, had a win.
Gary and his wife Janine rented out their stunning oceanfront apartment for $5.5k a week.
The property sits in the prestigious suburb of Point Piper, famous for housing some of Australia’s biggest names including former Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull.
The couple rented their property out through Jerome Srot, from Ray White The Rubinstein Group.

Currently, Gary and his wife live in a waterfront house directly in front of the apartment.
Records show they purchased the land back in 2003 for $15m, building their house, which has its beach and jetty, and two apartments behind, keeping one and selling the other.
They finished the apartments in 2012.

The 72B Wolseley Road property, built over two levels, has some of the best possible views on the Point Piper peninsula.
The master built and custom-crafted home features stunning stone and timber finishes and includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a study.
