Grand development for Castle Hill

 Grand development for Castle Hill

One of the largest residential developments in Sydney’s western suburbs will be officially launched this weekend.

The Grand Reve project will see two new towers built, housing 196 apartments in historic Castle Hill, just five minutes from the Castle Towers Shopping Centre.

The project was developed by Kassis Homes and designed by Turner Studio, with McGrath Projects contracted to sell the development.

A McGrath spokesperson says Grand Reve will be community-oriented.

“Apartments have views across the district to the Sydney CBD and to the outlying Hills area,” the spokesperson said.

“It has a strong focus on community, with landscaped podium gardens peppered with seating pods and resident dining areas.”

The two towers of the development, connected at the base, will house a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with split level, townhouse-style configurations also available.

Currently listed off-the-plan prices range from $560,000 for studios, to $1,825,000 for three-bedroom split level apartments.

“The apartments feature open-plan layouts with generous living, kitchen and dining areas, 2.7-metre ceilings, engineered stone benchtops… and plenty of natural light,” the spokesperson says.

“Large double glass sliding doors extend the dining area to private balconies or terrace courtyards.”

The display suite officially opens this weekend, with the development still several years away from completion.
