$1.995m northern Sydney sale sets new suburb record

The sale of an immaculate four-bedroom property has set a new duplex record for the suburb of Marsfield after being snapped up prior to auction.

The brand-new home at 28A Dan Street was sold for just shy of $2,000,000, beating the previous record by $55,000 which was set by a five-bedroom duplex back in 2017.

Belle Property’s Attlee Hsu and Phillip Allison helped negotiate the sale of the pristine property and said that such was the quality of the home, the successful buyers were determined to get their hands on it.

“What made this home special was the spectacular full brick design and quality workmanship and finishes throughout,” said Mr Hsu.

“It was also enviably positioned within walking distance to Kent Road Public School and regular city buses,” he said.

It’s therefore no surprise that there were multiple interested parties vying for the family home.

“Previous offers were around $1.65m to $1.7m but the eventual buyer of the property fell in love with it and offered a massive price to secure it prior to auction,” said Mr Hsu.

The property features a wonderful cabana complete with a top of the range BBQ setup and a spacious garden ready to be maximised by the lucky new owners as we enter the festive period.
